Matlab Fprintf Function

The reading functions do not support a precision field.
Matlab fprintf function. Format specifiers for the reading functions sscanf and fscanf differ from the formats for the writing functions sprintf and fprintf. Using fprintf in matlab the fprintf statement provides control the way that numeric and string data are printed to the command window or a le. While this fprintf function is identical in name to its corresponding matlab function it provides only the functionality described on this page. The following ways to print information are also available in matlab but are frowned upon except for rapid debugging of a program.
Syntax the syntax of frprintf is based on the fprintf function from the c language. In the example above applying n to each element had the net effect of printing a row vector as if it were a column vector. The reading functions do not support a precision field. Formatspec can be a character vector in single quotes or a string scalar.
The sprintf function is similar to fprintf but fprintf prints to a file or to the command window. The function recycles the format string through the elements of a columnwise until all the elements are used up. The fprintf function optionally requires a fileid variable as its first argument with 1 indicating stdout that being the command window. If you specify an invalid formatting operator or special character then fprintf prints all text up to the invalid operator or character and discards the rest.
The fprintf function prints an array of characters to the screen. Fprintf uses the formatting string on each element of the variable. The width field specifies a minimum for writing but a maximum for reading. The function then continues in a similar manner through any additional matrix arguments.
The function then continues in a similar manner through any additional matrix arguments. Disp is a function that will display a value name. The fprintf function is used for printing information to the screen. The fprintf function is vectorized for nonscalar arguments.
I used it in the first fprintf call but not in the second to print the values of x and f x this works. With the current code i have i get a txt file of only the real numbers from my function v along with the values of probe r and probe theta. Otherwise it will be to the file you want to write to.
