Mat Select Doesnt Change

Mat select doesnt change. It has a selectionchange event which is an eventemitter and which won t bubble up the dom. I have a mat select with the multiple option set a multi select. Then click on item again. Add 10 15 options in the list.

It will show the overlay separated from dropdown. The images will automatically flow to new mats as necessary based on the material size you have. What behavior were you. What are the steps to reproduce.
