Mat Data Type 18 Is Not Supported

Mat data type 18 is not supported. Are there any plans to support this data type. Src data type 17 is not supported n i watched the image being passed as an argument and it is in bgr as i expected yet it doesn t work. But i believe cvtcolor only works on 8 bit unsigned ints 16 bit unsigned ints or 32 bit float. Does anyone have some ideas.

Type 17 means that your image is a cv 8sc3 aka a 3 channel matrix of char however threshold accepts only single channel 8 bit or 32 bit floating point.
